Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled if necessary and securely repacked in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our workshop.

  Schedule Collection

  Once authorized, our specialized furniture logistics partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the professional removal and transport of the item.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
